Choose a Virtual (Remote) appt:

Just as if we were sitting at your computer with you, using our CA Remote Support app here, we can help you with any of your technical needs. Safe, Secure and Convenient. Except for setup of hardware or network infrastructure, this is an ideal solution for anything from a quick fix to more in-depth consulting and mentoring.

This type of appointment has a 30 minute minimum, and is billed in 15 minute increments. (You will only be charged for the amount you use beyond the minimum but if you don’t schedule enough time, we might not be able to complete your allotted tasks before the next appt)

Choose an Onsite (Your Location) appt:

For initial consultations and setup of hardware or network infrastructure also if you prefer to have your consultant at your location.

This type of appointment has a 2 hour minimum, and is billed in 15 minute increments, includes cost of drive to location. (You will only be charged for the amount you use beyond the minimum but if you don’t schedule enough time, we might not be able to complete your allotted tasks before the next appt)
